PRESERVATIVE EFFICACY TESTING (PET)
Cosmetic formulae are subjected to a one-time

bacteria have persisted in the product over time.

Stability Testing

is exposed to a range of temperatures over the

real world over a period of three months. This
test is used to ascertain the expiration date
for products that are regarded as drugs, such as
sunscreen.
