Gyoza is a small Japanese dumpling loaded with

Japanese gyoza is greatly identical to Chinese
potstickers, or jiaozi, as they were initially
based on these Chinese dumplings. The word
gyoza reaches from jiaozi. Nevertheless,
there are some disparities. Chinese potstickers
tend to be doughier and have a thicker wrapper,
while gyoza has a very narrow wrapper thats
better fitted to frying up on Japanese teppan
griddles. Pierogi dumplings, a conventional
