• The UPSC Civil Services Exam consists of three
  stages the preliminary examination, the main
  examination and the personal interview stage. The
  preliminary examination is the first stage of
  the UPSC Civil Services Exam.
• The preliminary examination consists of two
  objective-type multiple choice papers General
  Studies Paper I and General Studies Paper II.
  These papers are designed to test the
