FED IS EXPECTED To raise the federal funds rate
up to 4.75 to 5
MEMBERS OF THE FEDERAL RESERVE Are projecting
that the federal funds rate will go as high as
5.1 in 2023 33 OF MARKET PARTICIPANTS (The
largest portion) expect the federal funds rate to

  from 2003 through 2009.
• In 2011 Seth relocated from NYC to New Jersey to
  begin a real estate investment company that
  specializes in helping people invest in real
  estate together.
• Currently manages a portfolio of 25 million in
  Assets Under Management (AUM) and has helped more
  than 100 people invest in real estate.

• Transacted over 300 real estate deals.
• Well known name in the Real Estate investment
  industry throughout New Jersey, beginning his
  career as a realtor and transitioning to the
  investment side in 2013.
• Now helps people get started and build their
  wealth in passive real estate investing.

• Previously wrote and taught a real estate course
