Increasing urbanization is an inextricable
equation for city development and the need for
official housing projects (Ganga Satellite).
While executing a duly authorized housing
project with RERA, municipal government, and
environmental clearances, the builder of course,
the developer is facing a lot of trouble from
the societies even after the completion of the
housing project. The builder is working hard day
and night to overcome many difficulties and
bring the home project to fruition. The name of
the home project is the identity of that
builder. Even so, some flat buyers in the name of
society are trying to harass the builder on some
pretext or other. The flat buyers forget that
the flat project got its name only because of the
tireless work of the builder and start accusing
the builder for no reason.

In order to preserve his image, the reputed
builder sometimes succumbs to illegal pressure
and accepts the illegal demands of the society.
Frequently the society tries to defame the
builder illegally for demanding arbitrary.
Reputable builders are fed up with such constant
infamy. A new law is needed to curb the illegal
behavior of the society.

Recently in Ganga Satellite Wanowrie, Pune, some
members of a large society staged a march and
demonstration with the intention of harassing a
reputed builder. The home project is well-known
in Pune as the builder has maintained the home
project in a very good manner. Society is now
putting pressure on the builder to spend on
maintenance while the maintenance fee paid in
lump sum has been spent on maintenance. Some of
the disgruntled members of society are under the
impression that since the builder is famous, he
will be defamed that he will come under
pressure, and accept the illegal demands of
society.
