• The alveoli show uniform, temporally homogeneous
  interstitial infiltrate of lymphocytes and
  diffuse loose fibrosis and focal aggregates of
  haemosiderin phages
• There are no epithelioid granulomas or any other
  pathology seen.
• Impression-Morphology is compatible with cellular
  NSIP
