Signing of an MoU - NCF

• Samskrti Foundation
• A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed
  between the National Culture and Samskrti
  Foundation. Mysore (SF) is a registered public
  trust, registered under the Indian Trust Act,
  and is a non-profit organization, recognised by
  the Govt. of India in the activity of
  preservation and propagation of the cultural and
  scientific heritage of India, and has among its
  objectives, to develop sustainable science and
  technology without eroding the values of life
  and disturbing the ecological balance in nature
  to bring together Science and Spirituality and
  to show that they can move hand in hand and lead
  a successful, peaceful, spiritual and
  materialistic life.
• The Samskrti Foundation, Mysore, has proposed to
  present a project for preserving the cultural
  heritage of India. The objectives of the project
  are
• The 64 arts depict the richness and grandeur as
  well as the gigantic intellectual prowess
  possessed by ancient Indians in many different
  fields that combined extraordinary physical and
  mental capabilities that seem to be unparalleled
  in any other civilization, past or present. They
  are said to have been learnt and mastered not
  only by our sages and scholars of yore, but by
  people in the mediaeval period of Indian
  history, who also bring to light the uniqueness
  and greatness of the 64 arts that are one of the
  most distinctive features of Indian cultural
  heritage by
• Bringing out a series of 70 (seventy)
  professionally and attractively designed
  multi-color posters on this topic that can be
  exhibitedDesigning
• a detailed monograph about the 64 kalaa-s/arts
  and (Bulk printing of the monograph is not
  envisaged in the current project.
• To arrange a 2-day national seminar on the 64
  kalaa-s/arts
• The MOU was signed and handed over by Sh. Ajay
  Yadav, (Member Secretary, NCF) to Dr. M.A.
  Alwar, Managing Trustee (Samskrti Foundation,
  Mysore), for the project proposed.
