of the best feelings is returning home after the
hectic day at work! The stress, the pressure,
the challenges, the disputes, and everything else
that we do at work, certainly requires some
peace, relaxation, and loosening up before going
to bed. And, the best place one can do that is at
home! A home is much more than a building of
walls, roof, and shelter. It is your secret
escape, to unwind from the rest of the world,
and be who you are, and what you want to be. A
home is thus where everyone wants to return to
when theyre stressed out.
But, the spiritual challenge here is to leave
behind the stress and anxiety of your job or
business, and make room for peace and tranquil.
One of the best ways to do is to meditate.
Freshen up, wear clean simple clothes, and sit
down for a 20 to 30 minute session of
meditating, without worrying about anything
thats happening around you. Another way to
unwind is to put on some of your favourite
music, sit down with a cup of your favourite
beverage, and let the music drain away all your
worries for the night. And yet, theres one more
thing that weve all got from Mother Nature,
something thats pure and nurturing. What were

to play in those grounds and fields all day long,
without returning home only until we were
scolded by our parents!? When were out in the

our favourite physical activities of childhood.

themselves away from stress, and amidst positive
people. The reason is simple. Being happy
eventually makes the mind healthy and a healthy
