PERFECT VACATION WEATHER
3
  • AWAY FROM THE STORMS - Curaçao lies south of the
Caribbean's Hurricane Belt, and sees far fewer
tropical storms than islands to the north.
  • A COMFORTABLE CLIMATE Thanks to steady
easterly trade winds, Curaçao enjoys a warm but
    comfortable climate, with average temperatures
in the low to mid-80s year- round.
  • NO DAILY DOWNPOURS - Curaçao's semi-arid climate
means plenty of sunshine, low humidity and only
the occasional chance of a passing shower.

WHAT DIVERS ARE SAYING Just back from the island
of Curaçao. I haven't seen this much beautiful
coral in many years of diving the world. I was
pleasantly surprised to see many dive sites with
huge fields of elk horn, stag and pillar coral,
along with an abundance of small fish and animal
life. Truly a wonderful week of diving. I've been
to Curaçao many times before, and for sure will
be back again soon. - A Quote from Caradonna

DISCOVER CURAIAO
  • The island's 38 beaches provide sheltered
entries for swimmers, launch points for kayak
    tours and PWC safaris.
  • Bays and beaches swept by trade winds become
    aquatic playgrounds for windsurfers and
    high-flying kite boarders.
  • Curaçao's Charter boats head offshore for deep
sea fishing action while sailboats stand ready
    for sunset cruises.
  • Unique adventures include dolphin swims and a
submarine trip more than 400 feet deep on the
    island's undersea slopes.

16
ADVENTURE
16
  • A journey into Curaçao's interior hills and
uninhabited northern shore reveals a very
    different side of the island.
  • Arid landscapes covered in cactus and scrub are
more reminiscent of the Old West than a lush
    tropical island.
  • Off-roading trips bring adventurers to surf-
washed shores and hidden caves decorated with
    pre-Columbian artwork.
  • A pair of national parks offer hiking trails
  • and wildlife viewing.
