Carland Constructions is known as passive house
builders in Melbourne. We are looking to shake up
the building industry and do things differently.
We look to be forward- thinking, using
technology to better ourselves and provide a
more streamlined connection between our clients
and trades. We dont think over-communication is
an issue and look to ease your stress levels
during the build.

the normal home and are looking to create a
