The kitchen at Romulo Cafe is headed by Executive
Chef Lorenzo Maderas, who has over 10 years of
experience in preparing Filipino dishes in some
of the best restaurants in the Philippines. Chef
Lorenzo has carefully crafted the menu to
showcase the best of Filipino cuisine, using only
the freshest and highest quality
ingredients. One of the signature dishes at
Romulo Cafe is the Kare-Kare, a hearty stew made
with oxtail, peanut sauce, and vegetables.
Another must-try is the Lechon Kawali, a crispy
deep-fried pork belly that is a favourite among
Filipinos. For those looking for a vegetarian
option, the Pinakbet is a tasty dish made with
mixed vegetables and shrimp paste. To complement
the food, Romulo Cafe offers a selection of
classic Filipino drinks like the refreshing Buko
Pandan juice and the sweet and creamy Halo-Halo
