WIRING DESIGN
The physical layout of the wires and its
components that are coupled with the wires are
designed in the wiring diagram via Autocad, Orcad
software. The wire harnesses are designed based
upon the geometric and electric requirements of
the medical equipment.

WIRING HARNESS PROTOTYPING
The wiring harness prototyping identifies the
design changes required in them and reduce
downtime, eliminates the costly issues that
likely to involve in the later phases.

WIRE CUTTING
The wire are cut according to precise length
required for the medical equipment requirement
through the wire cutting machines.

WIRE STRIPPING
Stripping the insulation of the wires ends are
performed via an automated stripping machines.

WIRE CRIMPING
The terminals on the wires ends are crimped via
handheld / automated crimpers tool. Via these
crimpers , the wires are fitted into the
connector.

SOLDERING
The wires are terminated using the traditional
method of soldering. The soldering process of
wires can be done using minimal tools , flux
materials and they can also be done via automated
soldering machine.

ULTRASONIC WELDING
Low resistance welding technology used in joining
various multiple wires. Ultrasonic weldings
offers the advanatges such as low energy
consumption performance, and good electrical
performance compared to resistance / crimping
welding.

WIRING HARNESS ASSEMBLY
Since most of the wiring harnesses require some
of customisation, it is wise to make utilisation
of the manual assembly of wiring harness on the
assembly board. While manufacturing the
customised medical devices, hand manual assembly
comes into the picture of solving the electric ,
geometric requirements .
