Trumen Rotating paddle type Level switch Model Trumen came into existence in 2009 and initially

Rotating paddle level switches are basically a
spring loaded, eccentricaly driven rotating vanes
(or blades) which rotate at one revolution per
minute, using an ac synchronous motor. U/Knm r a

When material reaches the rotating vanes, it
tries to stop the rotation of vanes, causing a
reverse rotation of motor and stress on the
spring which is holding the motor. U/klAA An At A

As soon as material level falls, the vanes become
free to rotate once again, causing the motor to
turn back to its normal position due to stress on
the spring holding the eccentric-drive,
synchronous motor.

OPERATION
Device operation and settings Rotating Paddle
Level Switch for Solids is very easy to
operate- 1. Open the cover of LSR and you can
see there are 6 terminals. Terminal 1, 2 3 are
for auxiliary power supply. Terminal 4, 5 6 are
for relay output. 2. Connect the power supply
on terminal'll 3 either 230VAC or24V DC depends
on your order specification. 3. The rotating
paddle is continuously rotate in air by a motor.
Power LED is in on and status LED is in OFF
condition. 4. Now we fill the material when
rotating paddle contacts with the material the
force more than the rotating torque will be
applied to the paddle and rotation will stop. 5.
You can see the status LED of LSR is on means
material reaches to the high level and relay
contacts also change its existing position. 6.
Now we empty the material, you can see the status
LED is off means material goes below the sensor.
Relay status also change its Existing
