7 Probiotic Drink Recipes to Keep Your Gut
Healthy.
Maintaining a healthy gut has become essential
for overall well-being. There is a prime need of
being good to your gut and treating it well. One
way to improve gut health is to consume
probiotics. Probiotics are live microorganisms
that benefit the host's health when ingested in
adequate amounts.
There are various products with the presence of
probiotics to consume or you can simply rely on
probiotic powder for adults. Probiotics powder
for adults does taste good but one fun and
delicious way to incorporate them into your diet
is through probiotic drinks.

Mentioned are the seven probiotic drink recipes
to keep your gut healthy!
1) Kombucha This probiotic drink mix is tarty and
tangy and has the goodness of taste and benefits
of probiotics. Kombucha is a fermented tea that
has been enjoyed for centuries. It is made by
adding a SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and
Yeast) to sweetened tea and allowing it to
ferment for a few days to a week. The result is a
tangy, slightly fizzy drink that is packed with
probiotics. The longer this probiotic drink mix
ferments, the tangier it will be. 2) Milk
Kefir Milk kefir is a fermented probiotic drink
mix that is similar to yogurt. It is made by
adding kefir grains (a mixture of bacteria and
yeast) to milk and letting it ferment for 12-24
hours. It results in a tangy taste that is
slightly sour and rich in probiotics, calcium,
and other nutrients.

3) Water Kefir Water kefir is a fermented drink
made with water, sugar, and kefir grains. It is
similar to kombucha but has a milder taste and is
made without tea. To make water kefir, you will
need kefir grains, water, sugar, and a glass jar.
Simply dissolve the sugar in water, add the kefir
grains, cover with a cloth, and let it ferment
for 24-48 hours. In case you want to have a
flavorless probiotic powder of water kefir, you
can easily go for a flavorless Probiotic powder.
4) Coconut Water Kefir Also available as
flavored probiotic powder, the coconut water
kefir is a dairy-free alternative to milk kefir.
It is made by adding kefir grains to coconut
water and letting it ferment for 24-48 hours. The
result is a tangy, slightly fizzy drink that is
rich in probiotics, electrolytes, and other
nutrients. This flavored probiotic powder is
extremely refreshing.

fermented drink made with beets, water, and salt.
It is a good source of probiotics, vitamins, and
minerals. To make beet kvass, you will need
beets, water, salt, and a glass jar. Simply chop
the beets into small pieces, add water and salt,
cover with a cloth, and let ferment for 2-3 days.
Once it is ready, strain out the beets and enjoy
the drink. 6) Ginger Ale Ginger ale is a
fermented drink made with ginger, sugar, and
water. It is a good source of probiotics and
tastes exceptional well. 7) Buttermilk This is a
