With the increasing awareness of the harmful
effects of sun exposure, it's important to take
precautions to avoid sun tanning. Excessive
exposure to the sun's ultraviolet (UV) rays can
lead to skin damage, premature aging, and an
increased risk of skin cancer. To protect your
skin and maintain a healthy complexion, here are
ten tips to avoid sun tanning. You need to have
this skin brightening regimen if you are looking
to avoid Sun tanning.

1) Applying Sunscreen. The most crucial part of
your skin brightening regimen is sun protection
and for this the best thing you can do is, apply
a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or
higher. Ensure that you use sunscreen on all
exposed areas of your body, including your face,
neck, arms, and legs. Reapply every two hours or
after swimming or sweating. 2) Seek Shade. Uneven
