• BUILT-IN HAND PUMP WITH INSTANT RELEASE VALVE.
• QUICK-OPERATING LID CLAMPS.
• The Press-Ur-Meter is a 1/4 cu. ft. (0.007 m3)
  air meter used to quickly determine the
  percentage of entrained air in fresh concrete.
  The Watts Concrete Air Meter is supplied complete
  with tamping rod, syringe, calibration vessel,
  straight edge and carrying case.
