16-41-35 Sec. 1. (a) To be eligible for a limited
podiatric radiography license a person shall
have (1) completed a limited podiatric
radiography program approved by the department
(2) passed an exam approved by the department
(3) been certified as proficient in performing
the procedures included in the limited podiatric
radiography curriculum by a licensed practitioner
or a licensed radiologic technologist employed as
an educator in a radiologic technology program
approved by the department and (4) completed
requirements in 410 IAC 5.2-4. (b) Persons issued
a limited podiatric radiography certificate by
the department prior to the effective date of
this rule are deemed to be in compliance with
subsection (a) and will continue to be issued a
renewal upon compliance with the application
requirements under 410 IAC 5.2-4. (Indiana State
