meets the requirements of clause (A) and either
(B) or (C), or both as follows (A) acquires
water from one or both of the following (1)
ground water, (2) purchase (B) utilizes chemical

disinfection, (2) fluoride standardization, (3)
water stabilization (C) has one or both of the
following (1) ion exchange softening for cation
removal, (2) inline filtration, if the population
served is greater than 500 and less than
3,301.Requirements Must meet all the following
A.Education All grades require a minimum of high
school or its equivalent B.Experience Hands-on
operation in the class system applied for, as
follows DSS - 1 year, DSM -1 year, DSL - 1 year,
WT1 -1 year, WT2 - 1 year, WT3 - 2 years, WT4 - 2
