Details of counselling and De-Addiction
interventions provided to the beneficiaries at
facilities supported by MoSJE is not available on
a single platform, which could help in analysis
of patient-wise, center- wise or State- wise
details of services provided, beneficiaries
reachedand other relevant details.

ABSTRACT
MISSION AND VISION
In this project, we will make Web Based database
software which will have Details of counselling
and De-Addiction interventions provided to the
beneficiaries at facilities supported by MoSJE
that can search for Nasha Mukti centers
patient-wise, center- wise or State- wise within
a country. We will use Blockchain technology to
store the data securely which cannot be tampered
by any third party intruder. Also, we will use
efficient Machine Learning algorithms for big
data searching and database can be accessed by
only Authorized Admins. We we will be also
providing Artificial Intelligent Chatbot Facility
for users to make their searching Process Easier.

Solution
The solution designed to address the problem of
lack of centralized data on counselling and
de-addiction interventions provided to
beneficiaries at facilities supported by MoSJE is
to develop a web-based platform that will collect
and store data from all of these facilities. This
platform will allow for the analysis of
patient-wise, center-wise, and state-wise details
of services provided, beneficiaries reached, and
other relevant details.
The platform could be designed to collect the
following types of data
PATIENT-WISE
CENTER-WISE
STATE-WISE
This could include information about the types of
counselling and de-addiction services that are
being offered at the center, the number of staff
members, and the number of patients who are being
served.
his could include demographic information, such
as age, gender, and location, as well as
information about the patient's substance use
history and treatment progress.
his could include aggregated data on the number
of people who are using counselling and
de-addiction services in each state, as well as
the types of services that are being offered.
