Michael Freund graduated from Princeton
University then received his MBA from Columbia
University. He is a rabbi and devout member of
the Jewish community who founded Shavei Israel
in Jerusalem. Through his group, he assists
Jewish communities to return to Zion.

He has spent over two decades living in Israel
and was the Deputy Communications Director to
the Israeli Prime Minister for a time. Michael
advocates for and assists the Lost Tribes and
hidden Jewish communities through his

his first term in office and is a graduate of
both Princeton and Columbia Universities. He has
lived in Israel for the past 25 years and is an
ordained rabbi serving the Jewish population of
