Early Life of Niranjan Hiranandani Hailing from
Mumbai, Niranjan Hiranandani and his family trace
their roots to Sindhi heritage. His father,
Lakhumal Hiranand Hiranandani, was an
accomplished ENT surgeon and a recipient of the
prestigious Padma Bhushan Award from the
Government of India. Niranjan has two brothers,
Navin and Surendra.

Career Journey
Niranjan Hiranandani embarked on his professional
journey as an accounting teacher. In 1981, he
ventured into entrepreneurship by establishing a
textile weaving unit in Kandivali, Mumbai.
Collaborating with his brother Surendra, he
successfully acquired 250 acres of land in Powai
in 1985, laying the foundation for his real
estate endeavors under the name Hiranandani
Gardens. The group expanded to encompass
Hiranandani Constructions, Hiranandani Estate,
and the establishment of Hiranandani Hospital in
2006.

Additionally, Niranjan Hiranandani is the
visionary founder and chairman of Yotta
Infrastructure, which introduced the worlds
second-largest data center, NM1, within its
Integrated Yotta Data Center Park in Navi Mumbai.
The accomplished businessman is married to Kamal
Hiranandani, and together they have two children,
a daughter named Priya and a son named Darshan.
Priya is wedded to London-based businessman Cyrus
Vandrevala, while Darshan is married to Neha
Jhalani, daughter of Delhi-based entrepreneur
Pradeep Jhalani and Shabnam Jhalani.
