If you are new to hot yoga, be sure to get to the yoga Chaud studio at St Sauveur at least 15 minutes before the class starts, and place your hot yoga mat in the back of the room so you can watch the more seasoned practitioners. Pay attention to the verbal cues that the hot yoga class instructors will use to guide you through the poses. If you grow exhausted or feel overwhelmed by your surroundings, don't worry.
