• Stainless Steel Cutlery inspection (appearance)
  
• 1. The appearance should not have serious drawing
  marks, pitting and uneven polishing caused by
  light difference.
• 2. In addition to the knife edge, the edges of
  various products should be free from scraping and
  stabbing.
• 3. Smooth surface, no obvious silk screen
  printing, no depression. The edges are not sharp
  and hairy.
• 4. The welding part is firm, there is no crack,
  no coke, thorn phenomenon.
• 5. The packing method conforms to the contract
  requirements.

• Inspection and test methods
• 1. Appearance inspection The appearance
  inspection of the product should be inspected by
  hand and visual inspection under normal light,
  and the surface roughness of the stainless steel
  body should be inspected by GB/T10610 (surface
  roughness is inspected by comparative
  inspection).
• 2. Corrosion resistance test.
• 3. Fastness test.
• 4. Long-term deformation test put the specimen
  flat on a horizontal plane, the highest point of
  the neck of the handle faces up, apply 7N force
  per centimeter of length or 150N regardless of
  length, the loading time is 10S, and the
  permanent deformation allowed at the stress point
  of the specimen can be measured by a dial
  indicator.

• 5. Neck fatigue strength test Operate according
  to the following test steps, repeated 150 times,
  the result should meet the requirements.
• A. The product handle is fixed on the fixed
  fixture, the main body is fixed on the movable
  fixture, the movable fixture and the main body
  contact point is nearest to the fixed fixture,
  the clamp block spacing is 90mm1mm(after
  clamping the specimen is in A horizontal
  position, there should be no additional stress of
  clamping)
• B. The body of the product is centered on the
  neck, and the movement rate is 17 times /min, and
  the downward movement is 30mm1mm, and then the
  uniform reset (the downward movement is 30mm for
  the first movement, and the uniform reset is the
  second movement).
