INTRODUCTION
YKM RD is the result of combination of
information and resource from technical,
production sales department. Our team consist
of 2 material engineers, 4 weaving engineers, 4
painting engineers, 2 electronic engineers, 2
mechanical engineers, 2 IE engineers an 1 Switzer
professor with more that 40 years experience in
wire mesh industry.
Established in the 1984. YKM Group is the MENA
Subdivision of YingKaimo Metal Net Company Ltd
has always been one of the leading choice for
metal wire meshes across the world. Our annual
sales volume has been over 50 million, 90 of
which are from overseas, covering over 70
countries and regions.
YKM comprises of two factories with a total
production area of 156,000 square meters. In
2003, Our Quality Management System EMS was
certified to meet ISO9001 ISO14001 standards.
Subsequently we established our International
Office in Dubai, UAE in 2004.
YKM self-developed epoxy coated wire mesh, fuel
cell mesh, exhaust emission control system mesh,
Auto safety system mesh, Oil industry mesh are
environmental and clean energy oriented and
innovative alternative solutions. Our laboratory
is qualified with corrosion limit test, metal's
inner structure analysis and the assessment of
filtration stability, which can offer

S.S. Mesh Weaves
PLAIN WEAVE
TWILL WEAVE
Warp wire crosses alternately above and below
every weft wire and vice versa. Warp and weft
wires are normally of the same diameter. Used for
the majority of commercial applications and for
filtration where a high flow rate is required.
Each weft wire passes alternately above and below
every successive pair of warp wires and vice
versa. This mesh weave permits a heavier wire
diameter to be used than a plain weave with
similar mesh count.

PLAIN DUTCH WEAVE
TWILL DUTCH WEAVE
Plain dutch weave is the combination of dutch
weave and plain weave. Each warp wire with coarse
wire diameter passes alternately over and under
one weft wire to supply high tensile strength for
the netting.
Twill dutch weave is the combination of dutch
weave and twill weave. The weft wires passes
alternately over and under two warp wire forming
a finer mesh in the warp direction and the warp
wires forms a coarser mesh in the warp direction
in the same weaving.
REVERSE PLAIN DUTCH WEAVE
REVERSE DUTCH TWILL WEAVE
Reverse dutch weave is the same as plain Dutch
weave but the warp and weft wires are woven in
reverse. Thin warp wires are placed close
together and woven with thicker weft wires, which
creates higher strength in the warp wires.
It is Reverse of Plain Dutch Weave in a twill
pattern, which reduces the deformation of the
warp wire, this cloth is very stable and
particularly strong in the warp direction with a
high flow rate.

Nickel Mesh
Copper Mesh
Copper wire mesh is a highly durable material
with excellent conductivity property. Raw
Material Red Copper, Brass (H65, H80) Phosphor
Bronze (CSn6.50.4). Weaving Pattern Square Mesh
(Plain Weave, Twill Weave) Knitted, Coarse.
Nickel Wire Mesh is made of pure nickel with
nickel content of 99.5 or more. The material is
highly resistant to oxidation and corrosion.

Automatic ZWJ looms can produce 20 mesh to 635
mesh for square mesh, 3600 dutch mesh, with
0.018"-0.0006" wire dia and 70" maximum width.
These looms perform very stable, easy to
maintain. The mesh length can reach over 1000
meters with good surface quality.
Jager looms have following DFS, DS, DMA, DM
etc., whose weaving range is from 1 mesh to 50
mesh with 0.157"- 0.0074" wire dia and 79"
maximum width, which are suitable for plain
weaving and crimp weaving. These looms are
mainly for mid-heavy square mesh or dutch weave
mesh because of its big wefting force and tight
weaving, especially for high quality oil and
petro oil completion filtration process.
RGK-VII is numerical control loom. The mesh range
from 14 mesh to 110 with 0.018" - 0.0059" wire
dia and 50" max width can provide good surface
quality, suitable for large batch continous
weaving and easy to control mesh aperture,
thickness and weight by machine advanced tension
algorithm.

C.S. Analyzer
Under the help of experts in NIM (recognized by
CIPM and BIPM), by the end of 2007, YKM
introduced radiological detection equipment for
inspecting raw material and finished product to
protect personnel from the damage of radioactive
contaminants.
With the condition full of oxygen and
high-temperature heating, the Carbon and Sulphur
get transformed into CO2 and SO2. C.S. Analyzer
analyse exact Cabon, Sulphur composition inside
the metal and hence distinguish between 304
304L 316 316L, etc.
The XRF Analyzer is the internationally advanced
analyzer specialized in metal chemical analysis,
it can exactly analyze chemical components within
30 seconds. Permanent testing records can
gurantee the traceability of raw material quality.

Electrical Testing Machine
It is a high-precision device with non-contact
online measurement with optical, fast-data
collection and micro programming technology. Test
range with wire diameter 0.01mm-2mm tolerance
/-0.0001mm.
Test the materials mechanic performance, like
elongation, rupturing, peeling, cutting, bending,
compressing etcs. It can calculate the max.
force, yield strength, average peeling force,
max. deformation, yield point, elastic modulus
etc.
It tests the objects's indentation hardness which
test the object's indentation capacity against
other objects. This machine is mainly used for
hardness testing of stainless steel wire.
