The CIAA Weekend, also known as the CIAA
Basketball Tournament, is an annual event that
celebrates the rich history and tradition of
Historically Black Colleges and Universities
(HBCUs) through athletics and culture. It's the
oldest African-American athletic conference in
the United States.

D9 Greeks, also referred to as the Divine Nine,
is a collective term for the nine historically
Black sororities and fraternities that are
members of the National Pan-Hellenic Council
(NPHC). These organizations hold a significant
place in Black American history and culture,
fostering community, leadership, and academic
achievement among their members.
