A digital signature certificate or DSC is a form of electronic signature that is used to sign any document or a form electronically. These are encrypted signatures used by individuals or businesses to sign online documents or even encrypt the documents. Digital signatures are used to e-sign various documents or forms online even for the government transactions. DSC is valid for one or two years and has all the information related to the signatory stored which is the name, address, country and date of issuance of the certificate.
