About Client Our client is one of the best when
it comes to assisting users with cognitive
disabilities. Their goal was to create a Section
508-compliant output for users who have a visual
or hearing impairment, mobility impairment, or
other types of impairment.

OUR SOLUTIONS
PDF Accessibility We edited PDFs that were
originally word documents using Adobe Acrobat
software. This allowed us to change various
aspects of the document, such as tagging,
headings, tags, tables, Alt text, lists, Text

Order. Adobe Acrobat is a powerful and expensive
tool for creating, printing, and modifying PDF
files. It offers more features than other free
Adobe Reader, making it a better choice for PDFs

Video Optimization After watching videos without
subtitles, it became clear that something needed
to be done in order to improve the experience
for deaf and hard-of-hearing viewers. SRT files
were created using existing transcripts for some
videos, and new ones were made for those
without any transcripts. These new videos were
then edited to include CC text using video
editing software. We improved the performance of
the module by reducing the size of the video
files and making them easier to upload to a
video host.
Course Authoring We updated the version of the
existing module by making it more standardizable
using Adobe Captivate 19. However, it still
lacks a clear and concise structure that can be
easily followed by users. To remedy this, We
reused the templates from the module that offer
an easy way to reuse structure and content as a
basis for new modules. We advise using this
functionality and graphics to develop a clear
course with an interactive different color-wise
conversion strategy. The addition of interactive
elements to both existing and new modules kept
participants motivated and involved throughout
the program. These elements allowed for a more
engaging experience that led to successful
outcomes.

Our goal was to create a course with online
learning materials available to everyone,
regardless of their physical capabilities. In
general, the capability to allow users to search
for educational content is one of the most
crucial tools that a repository or virtual
learning platform possesses. To that end, we have
provided links that offer extra resources for
learning about accessibility. To facilitate
interaction with a large network of
accessibility experts who are addressing fresh
and developing accessibility concerns, active
discussion lists and communities of practice are
also featured. In the end, technology can
support online learning in a variety of ways,
particularly in static or one-to- many settings.
This applies in part to multi-person and
interactive lessons, but not all learning styles
are the same, and even small changes to the
information presented and the way it is delivered
can have a big impact on many people.
Kyteway has been a great partner to our team as
we navigate the complexities of Section 508
compliant output for eLearning courses. We
recently began a partnership with Kyteway to
develop online courses and simulations for
Energy Industry, and they have been invaluable
resources. Karen John, MD - AccessiblyWeb
