Cyclizine Hydrochloride, like other

patients with glaucoma, urinary retention,
gastrointestinal obstruction, liver disease,
phaeochromocytoma, hypertension, epilepsy, and
possible prostate enlargement. It should be used
carefully in severe heart failure or acute
myocardial infarction, as it can decrease cardiac
output and increase heart rate, blood pressure,
and pulmonary wedge pressure. Avoid in porphyria
and be mindful of its potential for abuse,
especially when combined with alcohol. Patients
with rare hereditary conditions like galactose
intolerance, total lactase deficiency, or
glucose-galactose malabsorption should avoid it
due to its lactose content.
