Literature is an imaginative work that pictures
human life in a society that can be enjoyed,
understood, and used by society. Literature is a
means of social expression, a mirror of life, and
an interpretation of human expressions that help
us understand how to live.

Non-fiction
Fiction is any creative work, chiefly any
narrative work, portraying individuals, events,
or places that are imaginary, or in ways that are
imaginary.
Any publication or piece of media that strives,
in good faith, to present information only about
the real world, as opposed to being based on
imagination, is considered non-fiction.

Plot
Plot is the cause-and-effect sequence of main
events in a story. The plot is the story and more
specifically, how it develops, unfolds, and moves
in time.
Character
A character is a person, animal, being, creature,
or thing in a story. A literary character is a
person, animal, or object/thing presented as a
person in a narrative.

The setting is the time and place of the story.
it is a literary element of literature used in
novels, short stories,plays, films, etc.,
Point Of View
Point of view is the writer's way of deciding who
is telling the story to whom. Establishing a
clear point of view is important because it
dictates how your reader interprets characters,
events, and other important details. There are
three kinds of point of view first person,
second person, and third person.
Theme
Theme is defined as a main idea or an underlying
meaning of a literary work which is conveyed by
an author and interpreted by a reader.

Poetry, sometimes referred to as poetry, is a
kind of literature that use the aesthetic and
frequently rhythmic aspects of language, such as
phonaesthetics and sound symbolism, to evoke
meanings in addition to or instead of a prosaic
apparent meaning.
Drama combines elements of prose and poetry into
plays that are usually intended to be performed
on stage. t portrays fictional or non-fictional
stories.

particular feeling or impact. It often consists
of one or more linked occurrences that may be
read in a single sitting.
A fable is a type of literature that consists of
a brief, fictional story in prose or verse that
humanizes animals, mythical beings, plants,
inanimate objects, or forces of nature in order
to illustrate or convey a particular moral lesson
