Scope of work
3D BIM model creation at LOD 300 for
architectural, structural, and MEPF services from
CAD/PDF drawings, clash detection, resolution,
and coordination between architectural and
structural components of the building. 4D
scheduling of planned vs. actual on-site., 5D
included extraction of quantities (BOQ) from the
BIM model Tagging for Facility Management

Challenges
Benefit to the client
The submission deadline was approaching quickly,
which made it challenging to meet the tight

received drawings were not properly coordinated
