Hospital Building HVAC Part Plan
The BIM model was developed for LOD 300 and later
upgraded to the LOD 500 as-built model, which
includes FM, and Asset information for building
services, softscape, hardscape, walkways,
landscape structure, landscape furniture, parking
shades, etc. Landscape utilities such as
landscape lighting, electrical cables, drainage,
stormwater, potable water, telecom, irrigation,
fire protection, security systems, etc.

It needed expertise to create a stone cladding
model of critical shape building Modeling of
intense services in hospitals, OPC service
building was a time-consuming task Managing and
tagging services for facility management in a
large hospital like Sidra Medical Centre was a
significant challenge due to the complexity and
scale of the infrastructure involved
It helped to develop our skills in façade
modeling, landscape modeling, utility services,
and FM tagging through this project Working on
such a diverse range of tasks undoubtedly
provides valuable hands-on experience and
