protein,30 g sugar,5 g fiber. INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the griddle to medium-high and add oil to
the surface.Peel and slice all six apples into 1
cubes.In a bowl, add the diced apples, brown
sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, andlemon
juice. Stir to mix well.Add the apple mixture to
the griddle surface and cook until soft. This
should takeabout ten minutes.Remove cooked apples
from the griddle and cool for five minutes.Lay an
egg roll wrapper flat and add a scoop of the
cooked apples to the middle.Fold up
burrito- style and seal the wrappers shut with
water.Brush the wrappers with butter and fry in
an air fryer for ten minutes, or drop in a pot of
hot oil and fry traditionally until golden
brown.Serve hot. Optionally, you can top with
powdered sugar and caramel sauce. Apple Pie Egg
Rolls INGREDIENTS ? 6 apples ? 3?4 cup brown
sugar ? 1?4 cup white sugar ? 2 tbsp cinnamon ? 1
tbsp vanilla extract ? 1 tbsp lemon juice ? 1
package egg roll wrappers ? 4 tbsp butter USEFUL
TIPS Adjust the sweetness of this recipe by
adding toppings like powdered sugar and caramel
sauce, or give in to your sweet tooth and pile it
on! The type of frying you prefer is up to you.
If you have a griddle and air fryer combo, that
is the easiest solution. Make sure to leave space
between each apple roll when laying flat in the
air fryer. If you choose to fry these
traditionally, remember to stay safe around hot
oil as it can spit. Keep the oil hot for best
frying, and do not overload the fryer.
