in Richfield Public Schools, where she taught
grades 3rd to 5th for nineteen years. In 2014,

Assignment (TOSA) role, pioneering the district's
first teacher-led evaluation and professional
development systems.

promoted to Assistant Principal at Richfield STEM
Elementary, overseeing 800 students and 70
staff.

administration, both from Concordia University
