GRAB A SEAT AND LETS EAT
Were all about options here at SERV. With 5
different food concepts on site that nod to
popular street food (plus concepts for coffee and
dessert), theres something for everyone! And
when youre thirsty for libations, our expert
bartenders are ready to pour you a cocktail,
local craft beer or whiskey.
HIT THE COURTS
Play pickleball rain or shine on any of our 6
indoor courts, or utilize our 2 outdoor courts
with riser seating (weather-permitting). New to
the sport of pickleball? Its easy and fun to
learn, and SERV even offers an intro class to
help you get started! And if youre worried about
waiting for a court, dont be. We have TVs, an
outdoor courtyard with yard games, and plenty of
tables to grab food and drinks to pass the time!
ENTERTAINMENT FOR EVERYONE
We have 2 large video boards here at SERV, which
can be utilized for watch parties, summer movie
nights, and more! With a variety of private event
spacesincluding cabanas, our private containers
(The Parlor, The Drawing Room, and The Board
Room), and a large indoor/outdoor VIP roomwe can
accommodate almost any size group. Our courtyard
also features a large stage for live music,
trivia night, and other weekly events to keep you
entertained!

We can accommodate groups of 6 to 1,100! From the
space to the food, SERV has a variety of options
and offers the perfect setting to gather with
friends, family, coworkers and MORE!

PICKLEBALL
SO MANY WAYS TO PLAY
Here at SERV, we make pickleball accessible to
all skill levels and have 6 indoor courts for
year-round play, plus 2 outdoor courts with riser
seating. Bringing your friends? Make a court
reservation for your group! Flying solo? Jump in
and join Open Play!
OPEN PLAY PICKLEBALL
Whether youre a newbie learning the game, or a
seasoned pickler looking to drop in for some
friendly competition, we have you covered with
Open Play! The number of courts available will
vary by day, but there are always at least 2
courts reserved for Open Play to keep wait times
at a minimum. Please be kind, courteous and
supportive of one another, as Open Play skill
levels may vary.
PICKLEBALL EVENTS
Ready to step up your game? We host clinics,
tournaments and more. Check out whats happening
on the SERV courts and reserve your spot before
our events sell out!
LESSONS CLASSES
As a coach and instructor, Connor loves the
feeling of empowerment he gets when working with
his students and seeing their faces light up when
they accomplish something!
