Enrollment and Application

• Initial Enrollment Period (IEP) Starts three
  months before turning 65 and ends three months
  after.
• General Enrollment Period For those who missed
  their IEP, from January 1 to March 31 each year.
• Special Enrollment Periods (SEPs) Available for
  those with qualifying life events such as losing
  other health coverage.
• How to Apply Applications can be completed
  online at the Medicare website, by phone, or
  in-person at a Social Security office.
