About Us

• Bradstreet Farm, located in Rowley, Massachusetts
  (near Newburyport), is the second-oldest
  continually operating farm in the U.S. and the
  perfect choice for rustic barn weddings and
  receptions. The seven-acre Barn at Bradstreet
  Farm property features a fully restored
  18th-century barn sprawling grounds with room
  for event tents ample parking and a spacious
  patio overlooking conservation land, our farm
  animals, and seasonal crops. We specialize in
  barn weddings and outdoor weddings in MA!

History Bradstreet Farm in Rowley, Massachusetts,
is the second-oldest continually operating farm
in the U.S., originally deeded by King Charles I
in 1635. Listed on the National Register of
Historic Places, the farmhouse and barn underwent
a three-year restoration to preserve its rich
history. Now open as a unique event venue,
Bradstreet Farm offers farm-to-table barn
weddings, outdoor ceremonies, and special events.
Guests experience a working farm's charm and
scenic views and enjoy locally sourced food and
flowers, making it a historic and memorable

Pat Cannon Jacqueline Chauvin, CAtCH Events
(Event Managers) Pat Cannon and Jacqueline
Chauvin, of CAtCH Events, are seasoned New
England event planners. Pat, a former flower shop
owner, values nature and personalized events.
Jacqueline, passionate about design, crafts
timeless celebrations. Both have been married
over 25 years and cherish historic venues,
bringing unique creativity to each event.
Michael Sabatini Michelle Faulkner
(Owners) Michael Sabatini, a third-generation
builder, bought Bradstreet Farm in 2012 and
restored it with Michelle Faulkner, whom he met
in 2014 and married in 2019. Together, they
launched the Barn at Bradstreet Farm in 2016.
They live on the farm with their family and enjoy
traveling off-season.
