OUR PRODUCT- NEW MEX U-MATE
  • New Mex U-Mate is a solid in granular form with
the active ingredients of humic and fulvic
organic acid and is organic matter in an advanced
state of decomposition produced from plant and
animal residues long ago. New Mex U-Mate is the
trade name of this New Mexico humate and plays an
important part in formation of fertile soil and
nutrient uptake by plants. The organic nature of
New Mex U-Mate promotes soil development, water
holding capacity and plant growth and
development. Due to the fine particle size, New
Mex U-Mate is relatively fast acting and readily
    assimilated by microbiological activity. New
    Mex U-Mate contains approximately 60 - 90 humic
    and fulvic acids.

9
10
APPLICATIONS of NEW MEX U-MATE
  • Agricultural applications. New Mex U-Mate is
applied at the rates of 100-600 pounds per acre
depending on soil conditions, climate conditions
and the particular crop. The applications are
recommended in two to four equal applications
from early spring through fall during normal crop
treatment cycles. The application should be
included with normal and regular fertilization
    programs.
  • Various applications have also been tried
effectively with our humate in solution and
    liquid application.
  • Certain crop yields were improved at only 5 parts
    per million humic acid.
  • New Mex U-Mate may be added to hydroponic
solution, which stimulates both root and shoot
    development.
  • New Mex U-Mate has been recognized as superior
because it was formed from fresh water deposits
and has a high percentage of low molecular humic
acids generally referred to as fulvic acids.
  • Granular humate acid with a minimum grade of 70
humates is effective with as little as 40 lbs.
    per acre application.

NEW MEX U-MATE IN ACTION - BENEFITS
  • Studies have demonstrated the benefits of our New
    Mex U-Mate humate
  • Improves water holding capacity of soil.
  • Large amounts of humate material resists droughts
more effectively and produce better yields where
    rainfall may be insufficient.
  • Improves the workability of soil.
  • Reduces soil erosion by increasing the cohesive
    forces of fine soil particles.
  • Possess high ion-exchange capacities thus making
possible better retention and utilization of
fertilizers and preventing leaching away from the
    root zones.
  • Liberates carbon dioxide from soil calcium
carbonates and thus make it available to the
    plant through the roots.
  • Increase plant nutrition by supplying available
    trace and minor elements.
  • Reacts with salt solutions to protect plant
roots. In alkaline soils, humus reduces the
amount and activity of high soil pH. In acid
soils, humus absorbs and combines and retains
    certain toxic soluble aluminum compounds.
  • Promotes soil drainage.
  • Prevents cooking of plants in residual water.
  • Improves sugar content of fruits and vegetables.
  • Increases seed germination rates.
  • Produces stronger, faster growing seedlings.
  • Prevents crusting of soils.
  • Increases plant recovery after mowing or damage.
  • Increases total growth of plants and yield.
  • Decreases cost of irrigation.
  • Prevents leaching of chemical fertilizers.

SOIL and WATER REMEDIATION
  • There are scientific studies that confirm humic
and fulvic substances react with herbicides in
soil promoting improved soil conditions for plant
growth. Similarly, humic and fulvic materials
can react with pesticides to promote soil
condition and remediation. These reactions and
the process associated with them lead to
    degradation of insecticides and partial
degradation of some pesticides. The result is
that humic and fulvic substances are in a
    position to repair environmental organic
problems. The toxic effect of the substances
will be reduced and the toxic effect of these
harmful chemicals will be partially or totally
    eliminated.
  • Oil pollution problems will also find a remedy
especially with humic and fulvic acids, which
will dissolve some of the oil pollutants with a
breakdown of the hydrocarbons and oils thus
making them soluble. Dr. Mark Nanny, Associate
Professor at the University of Oklahoma, Norman,
Oklahoma, is advising and assisting us with oil
remediation projects using New Mex U-Mate .
  • Some heavy metals can also be partially
neutralized by humic compounds and some
industrial wastes containing heavy metals can be
    remediated. Wastewater pollution and toxic
pollutants in water can also be neutralized in
part by humic compounds in that humic compounds
have the ability to absorb and decompose certain
compounds, thus wastewater pollution can be
lessened using New Mex U-Mate .

PRINCIPAL EXECUTIVES/ADVISORS
  • Dennis Yellowhorse Jones is President of the
Company and comes from a third generation mining
family and is generally familiar with all aspects
of mining and processing of coal and coal related
products. He is familiar with the mining and
processing of humates and has organized the plant
and facility in New Mexico in conjunction with
world class consultants. He has principal
responsibility for overall plant management. Mr.
Jones is the owner of Yellowhorse Industries and
has had broad experience in construction and road
building for more than a decade. Mr. Jones has
been in coal mining since 1975, producing
    high-quality coal, consulting Native American
Indian Tribes on economic development including
energy development. Dennis family was the first
producer of humate in the 1950s. Because of his
extensive knowledge, background and tenure, he is
able to identify high-quality humate. He has
supervised drilling and exploration programs for
    private landowners and Indian Tribes.
  • Jack L. Mishler is the Chief Operating Officer
and has recently been retained to formulate
business and sales strategies for the Company.

    previously associated with three worldwide
accounting firms from 1968 to 1978, Arthur
Andersen Co., Ernst Ernst and Deloitte,
Haskins Sells. He also has had his own CPA firm
and now a business consulting company. He was
the vice-president of Scottsdale Tool Supply,
    an international electronic distribution company

  • Dr. Vladimir Vasilenko, born in Novgorod, Russia,
is the Companys technical advisor for
agricultural applications. He has a Masters
degree from the department of Biology and Soil
Science (the chair of Plant Physiology and
Biochemistry) at St. Peterburg State University.
His post-graduate work was carried out at the
Institute of Plant Physiology Russian Academy of
Sciences and has a Ph.D. degree from Moscow State
University. His Ph.D. thesis concerned the
effects of Red Light and Plant Growth Retardants
on the growth of wheat. Dr. Vasilenko has
carried out research in Russia, France and the
United Kingdom. He has 20 publications and has
