  • In 2004, we served over 9,000 patients
  • We had over 70,000 patient visits
  • Over 27, 000 were medical visits
  • Over 3,000 were dental visits
  • 97 of OneWorlds patients live at 200 or more
    below poverty level
  • 93 are best served in a language other than
    English
  • 95 of the patients are minorities

    we have a state of the art dental clinic with 7
    chairs functioning (12 total)

    collaborated and well be receiving a Care mobile
    that will travel to the underserved elementary
    schools in Omaha and surrounding area.

    federally approved
  • Entire professional education is paid for by the
    scholarship

  • Must be a site selected by the Nebraska Rural
    Health Advisory Commission
  • 20,000 per year (half from the state and half
    from the site)
  • Must pay taxes

  • For example, OneWorld CHC pays 5000 annually for
    student loan repayment
