• IntraPelvic organs are surrounded by endopelvic
  fasciae which can be visceral or parietal
• Parietal pelvic fascia levatori ani fascia
  covers the levatori muscle
• Visceral pelvic fascia (contains NV supply)
  adherent to prostatic glandular surfaces
• Anterior
• Lateral (Walshs lateral prostatic fascia)
• Posterior or prostato seminal vesicular fascia,
  (Denonvilliers, septum rectovesicale)

  on the specimen (glandular tissue at margin !)
• Inter fascial (inter visceral fascial layers)
  plane fascia partly present on the specimen (NVB
  sparing)
• Extra fascial plane fascia entirely present on
  the specimen
