Current Priorities for S5 analysis

• Set up test database in Syracuse for development
  work (done)
• Test new LSCsegFind server/client written by Igor
  and transition it to production
• Exchange of information with Virgo
• Add user friendly monitoring to replication and
  various servers

Medium Term Plans (before S6)

• Make everything reliable!
• Allow Tier 2 centers to peer the database
• Clean up the client/sever code
• Rely on the database for underlying engine, but
  move processing up to the python layer where
  appropriate (e.g. caching coalesced segments)
• Simplify the database tables
• They are too complicated at the moment
• Monitoring coupled to control room displays
• Automate integration with Virgo
• Feedback from Keith (and others) would be
  appreciated
