Project Description

• Working for Bechtel to design a control system
  for their gantry crane
• This crane disposes of nuclear waste
• It will first be tested in a simulator
• End user will hopefully be actual crane
  controllers

• Clearly defined problem statement
• Highlights
• /- 10 V input speed reference
• Input resistance of at least 10 kohms
• Output should be a 0 24 V square wave with
  variable duty cycle depending on input speed
  reference
• Output current at least 2 amps
• Provide a complete description in project
  proposal and system requirements
