  considered as in critical conditions.
• These schools are located in the center region of
  Chile and have been ranked the lowest in the
  national standardized test.

• Average of 40 students per class.
• Inappropriate classrooms and facilities.

• Very few books, with poor quality and limited
  assortment.

• Use of traditional teaching strategies.
• Have few expectations on what their students can
  achieve.
• Think many of them have learning disabilities.
• Culture of teaching behind closed doors.
