Moving on

• As a provider there is a clear model of provision
  an offer or product
• Commissioning is starting to lead the process
  (appropriately!) for example, 2 more buy-ins in
  last 2 weeks
• The service is reflective and evaluative
• Recently commissioned up-date review relative to
  2003
