The capital of Uganda is Kampala

Just over 27 million people live in Uganda

We have made contact with Mrs Ewing at the
Ambrosoli School in Kampala. We will be sending
questions to Class 5 to find out the similarities
and differences between our countries.

Persephone Gets Kidnapped!

Persephone Drama

• Persephone picks flowers in a field and gets
  kidnapped by Hades( Lord of The Underworld)!
• Persephone refuses to eat (you must not eat
  anything in the Underworld otherwise you cant
  return to Earth!) and talk to anyone.
• Demeter, Persephones mother, is horrified that
  her daughter has been kidnapped and strikes a
  deal with Zeus (King of the Gods)
• When it is summer Persephone lives on Earth.
• When it is winter Persephone lives in the
  Underworld.
