- Who to call in a Life/Fire emergency
- Where to get information to stay safe in an
emergency - Where to get preparedness information before an
emergency - How to evacuate a building, how to respond to
fire, what to do in a bomb threat, how to report
a crime or threat, what it means to lock down,
shelter in place etc.

- Summoned immediately during an emergency for
- Managing the scene keeping the peace, crowd and

- Infrastructure information, including access to

- Media relations

- Connecting the dots" to provide help and/or
guidance - GSA, SU, NASA, AASUA and PDFA have all been
