- If you do not receive labels for a student, you
must hand bubble student demographic information
on both documents -

- Grade Requires Special Attention
- Packaging
- OLSAT8 test booklets must be placed on top of the
SAT10 answer documents and bundled as one group
with one (1) completed SSID sheet for each class - Record the total document count (answer sheets
test booklets) on the SSID Sheet and the SPOSS
Form - Example If you administer both tests to 20
students, you should record 40 total documents on
the SSID sheet and the SPOSS Form

9Untimed Testing Guidelines
- Guidelines for Untimed Testing
- All students may be given additional time to
complete the Stanford 10 beyond the recommended
administration time set forth in the Directions - Additional time is considered 5 -10 minutes
- Students should meaningfully interact with the
test during the additional time period - Have work/activity for students who finish early

- Arrange seating in order to prevent cheating

- Remember grade three students must record OLSAT
responses in the OLSAT test booklet - Do not give help on specific test questions
- Reread direction if a mistake is made while
reading the direction - Pause approximately 10 seconds between questions

31- Stanford and Otis Lennon materials will be
delivered to schools on March 13. - Students can be tested during the weeks of March
23 and April 1. - 3. Testing Administration times are listed in
the Student Test Booklets. - 4. 3rd Grader require special attention, they
take the SAT10 and OLSAT in large print. - If I am short on test materials, I should take
one set to Staples and have them make enough
copies, and a few extras, just in case. - Randomly distribute test materials to Teachers 10
minutes before the test begins. - The Test Coordinators Kits include Tylenol,
rubberbands, paper Clips, bottled water, and an
energy bar. - Place Pre-ID Labels on the front of the student
Booklet so the child can see his name. - When packing the materials for return, pack
