• A bill is under consultation stage in the
  government. This umbrella act will provide
  opportunities for setting up self-governed and
  self-financed institutions with the declared
  incentive support from the government.
• The ICFAI Hyderabad

  tables announced by the business magazines has
  already offered to invest in the range of 10
  million USD in a variety of educational
  institutions in the state.

• Establishment of a five-year integrated law
  university (National University of Legal Studies
  at Patna) with lands to be made available by the
  government in Fatuha (near Patna)
• Setting up of engineering college, law school,
  management institute, B. Ed college in a well
  developed campus at Bodh Gaya in partnership with
  Magadh University
• Establishment of medical college, five year
  integrated law college, management institute,
  dental college, MCA, bio-technology and institute
  for agricultural science at the new established
  university at VKS Arah
• Setting up of residential schools at Simultalla
  (Jamui) and Dehr-on-Sone (Rohtas). About 80 acres
  of lands earmarked for this purpose.

• External Internship Programme NRIs working in
  business and industrial establishment may offer
  one year internships, govt./state institutions
  may assist in the identification process
• Academic Exchange Programme NRIs, from Bihar in
  particular, may visit their homeland for short
  term course teaching/seminars/workshops for
  exchange of expertise
• Exploring Heritage a number of activities can be
  thought of for example- searching the root
  documenting, publishing and marketing heritage
  sites. KPJaisawal (Patna) has agreed to take this
  idea further
