What is Orthorexia?

• Obsession with healthy eating or eating
  correctly
• Victim is not obsessed with the quantity of food
  eaten, but the quality
• Practice of pure strict dieting where the
  planning and preparation of food plays a dominant
  role in the victims life

Could you or someone you love be a health food
junkie?

• Do you sacrifice experiences you once enjoyed to
  eat the food you believe is right?
• As the quality of your diet increases, does the
  quality of your life diminish?
• Do you keep getting stricter with yourself?
• Do you feel more superior than those who dont
  eat healthy foods?
• Do you feel guilty when you stray from your diet?
