ECONOMIC PROBLEMS
  • Workers and peasants were in control of land and
    factories.
  • Shortage of raw materials.
  • Industrial output shrank.
  • Prices rose.
  • Peasants refused to supply food to cities.
  • Food riots.
  • Workers began to flee the cities.
