Bio - Ross MacLeod

• Ross MacLeod has been the Director General of
  Programs with the Information Highway
  Applications Branch (IHAB) at Industry Canada
  since August 2002.
• Prior to joining IHAB, Mr. MacLeod was Director
  of Policy and Integration at Industry Canada.
  There he led the preparation of Industry Canada's
  Innovation Paper, "Achieving Excellence which
  was released in February 2002.
• In previous positions at Privy Council Office,
  Treasury Board and Finance, Mr. MacLeod
  participated in the planning and development of
  several national programs in a variety of areas
  including regional economic development, culture,
  international trade and northern territorial
  development.
• Mr. MacLeod holds degrees in Economics from
  Acadia University and the London School of
  Economics.
